Conchi Hernández-Guerra is an assistant professor at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

She has worked for the institution since 1999. Her PhD. was a contrastive study between Clive Staples Lewis and Plato. Since then, she has taught different English subjects.

At present, her research fields are English for Academic Purposes and Discourse Analysis.
