Los tamaños de los formatos de la serie A los define la norma ISO 216.

The sizes of the A series formats are defined by ISO 216 standards.

Consejos para el contenido
  • Título: Asegúrese de que el título del póster aparezca en la parte superior con una letra de tamaño no menor a 42 puntos.
  • Autores: Coloque los nombres de los autores debajo del título.
  • Asegúrese de que el texto sea legible desde una distancia de cinco pies.
  • Utilice un tamaño de letra mínimo de 17 puntos.
  • Mantenga el texto breve, centrándose en presentar el estudio, explicar las imágenes y dirigir la atención a las tendencias y relaciones de datos importantes.
  • Explique claramente las interpretaciones basadas en los datos.
  • Considere incluir planes de investigación futuros o preguntas de discusión.
  • Figuras:

  • Title: Ensure the poster title is at the top in a font size of at least 42 points.
  • Authors: List the names of the authors below the title.
  • Make sure text is readable from five feet away.
  • Use a minimum font size of 17 points.
  • Keep text brief, focusing on introducing the study, explaining visuals, and directing attention to data trends and relationships.
  • Clearly state and explain interpretations based on data.
  • Consider including future research plans or discussion questions.
  • Figures:
    – Each figure should have a brief title.
    – Number figures consecutively based on when they are first mentioned in the text.
    – Use color figures to enhance attractiveness and highlight technical content.
    – Ensure seamless integration of text and visuals.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Prospect speakers are encouraged to submit abstract proposals that align with one of the nine AELINCO thematic panels:

  1. Corpus design, compilation and types.
  2. Discourse, literary analysis and corpora.
  3. Corpus-based grammatical studies.
  4. Corpus-based lexicology and lexicography.
  5. Corpora, contrastive studies and translation.
  6. Linguistic variation and change through corpora.
  7. Corpus-based computational linguistics.
  8. Corpora, language acquisition and teaching.
  9. Special uses of corpus linguistics.

The CILC2024 Organizing Committee invites to submit paper proposals (20 minutes), posters, workshops or seminars, which are in line with the central themes of this conference or fall under one of the nine areas of interest (panels) of AELINCO.

Each participant can submit a maximum of two proposals in English or Spanish from 23 October 2023, until 15 January 2024, the deadline for submission. Extension of the deadline: 31 January 2024.

The acceptance notifications will be sent out on February 15, 2024.

The  proposals  will  have  to  be  sent  to  the  email address

following these instructions for submission:

  • Prospective authors may send an abstract between 450-550 words, excluding bibliography.
  • Authors should present a main argument, aims, theoretical framework and some results.
  • The abstract will be submitted to review and should be formatted in the following style:
    • AELINCO PANEL to which the abstract is submitted (centred & italics).
    • Title: centred, bold, font Times New Roman 14
    • Keywords: italics, font Times New Roman 12 pts (below the title).
    • Main text: justified, font Times New Roman 12 pts, linear interspacing 1.
  • Please, add your references using APA 7
  • Please, submit your abstract in both DOC and PDF
  • Please, anonymize references to the author(s). Additionally, include a second Word document with the title of your abstract, your name, affiliation, and your email.

REMEMBER to assign your submitted abstract to one of the nine AELINCO panels. If accepted, theabstract will be published in the online book of abstracts.

Number of contributions: Participants in the conference may present two contributions maximum, either co-authored or as single authors.

ENVÍO DE PROPUESTAS

Se anima a los posibles ponentes a presentar propuestas de resúmenes que contribuyan a cualquiera de los nueve paneles temáticos de AELINCO:

  1. Diseño, elaboración y tipología de corpus
  2. Discurso, análisis literario y corpus
  3. Estudios gramaticales basados en corpus
  4. Lexicología y lexicografía basadas en corpus
  5. Corpus, estudios contrastivos y traducción
  6. Variación y cambio lingüístico basados en corpus
  7. Lingüística computacional basada en corpus
  8. Corpus, adquisición y enseñanza de lenguas
  9. Usos y aplicaciones específicas de la lingüística de corpus

El Comité Organizador de CILC2024 invita a presentar propuestas de comunicaciones (20 minutos), pósteres, talleres o seminarios, en línea con los temas centrales de este congreso o que se enmarquen en alguna de las nueve áreas de interés (paneles) de AELINCO.

Cada participante podrá presentar un máximo de dos propuestas, en inglés y español, desde el 23 de octubre de 2023 hasta el 15 de enero de 2024. Fecha límite ampliada hasta el 31 de enero de 2024.

Las notificaciones de aceptación se comunicarán el 15 de febrero de 2024.

Las  propuestas  deberán  enviarse  por  correo  electrónico  a  la dirección

siguiendo estas instrucciones de presentación:

  • Los autores han de enviar un resumen de entre 450 y 550 palabras, sin incluir la bibliografía.
  • Los autores deberán presentar un argumento principal, objetivos, marco teórico y algunos indicios de resultados.
  • El resumen será sometido a revisión y deberá tener el siguiente formato:
    • PANEL al que se presenta el resumen (centrado y en cursiva).
    • Título: centrado, negrita, fuente Times New Roman 14
    • Palabras clave: cursiva, fuente Times New Roman 12 (debajo del título).
    • Texto principal: justificado, fuente Times New Roman 12 puntos, interlineado simple.
    • Añada sus referencias utilizando el estilo APA
  • Envíe el resumen en formato DOC y
  • Las referencias al autor o autores deben ser anónimas. Añada un segundo documento Word con el título de su resumen, su nombre, afiliación y su correo electrónico.

RECUERDE vincular el resumen presentado a uno de los nueve paneles de AELINCO. Si es aceptado, el resumen se publicará en el libro de resúmenes on-line.

Número de contribuciones: Los participantes en el congreso pueden presentar un máximo de dos contribuciones, en coautoría o como autores únicos.
